HI, I’M OLIVIA
MIRROR MODE SOCCER & PHOENIX RISING DEVELOPMENTAL COACH
BEFORE I WAS A COACH, I WAS THE GIRL CHASING THE NEXT LEVEL.
I started playing club soccer in fourth grade, and soccer quickly became a huge part of my life.
I played through high school and eventually went on to play collegiately in North Carolina. Like so many young athletes, I spent years going to identification camps, attending extra training, working with private coaches, and trying to figure out what I needed to do to become better.
But looking back, some of the most important parts of my journey weren’t a specific drill or training session.
They were the people who pushed me. The teammates who made me compete. The coaches who believed in me. And the environments that made me realize I was capable of more.
THE EXPERIENCES THAT SHAPED ME
-
THE ENVIRONMENT MATTERS.
One of the biggest turning points in my development was finding an environment that truly challenged me. I was surrounded by high-level competition, technical training, fitness, strength work, and other girls who were just as hungry to improve. That experience changed the way I viewed development. It taught me that becoming a better player isn’t just about getting more touches. It’s about how you train, who you train around, how you respond when things get hard, and whether you’re willing to hold yourself to a higher standard. That is the environment I want to create for the girls I coach.

WHY I COACH
I know what it’s like to be the player who wants to get better but isn’t always sure what to do next.
- What should I work on?
- Am I doing enough?
- How do I get noticed?
- When should I start thinking about college?
- Who do I contact?
- What do I say?
- Am I actually good enough?
Those questions can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure them out on your own. I want to be the person I wish I had during that part of my journey. Someone who will challenge her, encourage her, tell her the truth, answer the questions she’s afraid to ask, and help her see what’s possible.
-
MORE THAN A SOCCER COACH
I believe the best coaches develop the person just as much as the player. I want my athletes to become stronger, more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable of advocating for themselves.
If college soccer is her goal, I’ll help her understand the process and navigate the steps along the way. If her next level looks different, I’ll help her find that path too. My goal isn’t to decide what success should look like for her. It’s to help her become the player and person she’s capable of becoming.
AND BEHIND ALL OF THIS…
I’m still Olivia.
I’m still the girl who loves soccer, loves to compete, and knows how much this game can shape you.
And I’m incredibly grateful for the people who supported me along the way, especially my family.
My parents were there through the early mornings, long drives, tournaments, setbacks, wins, and everything in between.
They know better than anyone that a soccer journey is never just the player’s journey. It takes a team behind her.
That’s part of what I want Mirror Mode Soccer to be.
A place where your daughter has someone in her corner, and where you know she’s being challenged, supported, and guided by someone who genuinely cares about her development.
CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFIED.
I’VE BEEN HER. NOW I GET TO BE IN HER CORNER.
I’m here to help her find her next level, whatever that looks like.
